Insurance & Payment Plans Please be an informed consumer. If your benefit plan is a traditional plan in which you can choose any dental office, we will assist you in filing your claim. We don't participate in preferred plans so we ask that you know your insurance information prior to your appointment. We will, of course, assist you if needed. We will attempt to estimate your benefit as best we can, but it is an estimate only and should not be construed as the exact amount of the benefit. Dental benefit plans do not cover all dental services and the patient is responsible for payment of the fee in its entirety. We suggest that you ask yourself this question: "Is this the type of dental treatment I want, regardless of my dental plan benefit?" If the answer is yes, we will assist you in making it affordable, regardless of coverage. Another available option is the Healthcare Finance Dental Plan offered by CapitalOne.
